Many of you receiving this email have already committed to a few of these jobs. Please email me and confirm the days and times that you are available.

This will be a great opportunity for IDCTA members to get their volunteer hours in for 2015. Please remember that volunteering does not have to be an all day commitment. If you can work a half day or a couple of hours, we can always use your helps and appreciate any time that you can volunteer. Just email me with your day and time availability and job preference. We will do our best to accommodate you. This is also a great opportunity for Pony Club members/parents to help even if in small increments throughout the show. Please feel free to forward this to others at your respective barns.

Thank you all so much for your support of this event and the beginning of show season.
