IDCTA Volunteer Rules For Annual
Awards - The IDCTA Board of Directors (BOD) has updated
the rule for volunteer hours for members who wish to be eligible
for IDCTA year-end awards.
The purpose of this change is to make volunteer hours easier to
attain, to support our local recognized shows in their volunteer
recruitment by identifying shows other than IDCTA that volunteer
hours can be earned at and to remove the requirement that both rider
and owner must earn volunteer hours. * New Rule - All members who wish to be eligible for year-end awards must volunteer a minimum of five (5) hours per calendar year at one or more IDCTA sanctioned show or activity. The hours will be recorded by a member and forwarded to the applicable awards chairperson by October 31st of that competition year. To enable members to comply with this requirement, we've provided an IDCTA Volunteer Hours Report Sheet for your convenience. The horse owner OR rider must meet this requirement. The BOD will identify sanctioned shows and activities and make them known to the through the Scribe and on the Sanctioned Shows and Clinics & Events pages of this site. IDCTA Annual Awards - IDCTA will present annual awards for Dressage and Eventing. Read our revised Dressage Awards document and our rules governing Eventing Awards for additional information. IDCTA Annual Award Results: 2007 | 2006 >> Dressage and Eventing Score Report Forms - All dressage & eventing competitors MUST use the proper forms to submit their scores (see links below). Entries that are not submitted on the proper forms will be returned. Scores must be postmarked no later than Oct. 31, 2008.
